We start with the line, not the machine
Most equipment problems are line problems. A faster oven exposes the cooling spiral; a new product exposes the divider. So every enquiry starts with a layout review and a throughput model, and only then with a machine list.
That is why our first question is never "which model are you looking at?" but "what are you trying to run, and how fast?"

Fabrication, controls build and assembly happen under one roof, and the engineers who specify a line are the ones who commission it. When something needs attention two years later, the person on the phone has the drawings.
