16VS Vertical Counter Stacker
The UBE Model 16VS Vertical Counter Stacker is the latest generation of UBE's pita and thin-product stacking systems, succeeding the Model 11VS built by UBE for many years. Typically configured with two to six lanes, the 16VS receives product from upstream slicing equipment, automatically counts and vertically stacks pita bread and other thin bakery products to the required stack height. A pass-through mode allows product to continue through the system without stacking when required.

How it works
Multi-Lane Vertical Stacking
The 16VS can typically be configured with two to six lanes for simultaneous counting and stacking of pita bread and other thin products. Each lane provides controlled product handling for consistent stack formation.
Automatic Stack Formation
Products are received from upstream equipment, counted, and automatically formed into stacks based on the required production configuration, reducing manual product handling downstream of the slicer.
Pass-Through Operation
When stacking is not required, the conveyor system can be configured to allow product to pass through the machine without being stacked, providing additional production flexibility from the same line.
Built for Integrated Lines
