How it works

Simple Loaf Loading

Whole or pre-sliced bread is manually loaded into the dicer through a guarded product loading area designed for straightforward operator access.

Customer-Specified Cube Size

The blade guide assembly is configured to the customer's specified finished cube size, providing consistent crouton dimensions for the intended product.

Consistent Bread Dicing

Bread passes through the fixed cutting arrangement to produce uniform cubes for crouton production in a compact, straightforward process.

Integrated Safety

A safety hood protects the loaf loading area and uses proximity-sensor control to automatically stop the machine when the guarded area is opened.
