Bread slicers

3200 Crouton Dicer

A high-capacity band dicing system designed for consistent crouton production. The UBE 3200 uses a four-drum cutting system and servo-controlled product infeed to produce smooth, square, accurately sized croutons at production rates up to 2,500 pounds per hour.

Why it is specified

  • High-capacity crouton production up to 2,500 pounds per hour
  • Four-drum cutting system produces smooth, square, consistent croutons
  • Servo-driven infeed provides precise product control through the cutting zone
  • Integrates directly with upstream bread slicers for continuous slicing and dicing
  • Right- or left-hand configurations provide flexible line integration
  • Broken blade detection protects the machine and production process
  • Drum and blade scrapers support reliable continuous operation
  • Multiple blade sharpening and wear-resistant guide options available

How it works

Controlled Product Infeed

A servo-driven infeed provides precise control as bread enters the dicing system, maintaining consistent product movement through the cutting process.

Four-Drum Dicing

A four-drum cutting system keeps the band blades parallel through the cutting zone, producing smooth, square, accurately sized croutons with consistent cuts.

Integrated Slicing & Dicing

The 3200 can connect directly to an upstream bread slicer to create a continuous slicing and dicing system, reducing intermediate product handling and simplifying the production line.

Reliable Continuous Cutting

Broken blade detection, drum scrapers, and blade scrapers help maintain reliable operation during production. A tooth-belt drum drive with motor slow-start reduces wear on drive components.
