How it works
Controlled Product Infeed
Products enter through an indexing system that controls product movement into the bagging cycle. An empty bag sensor verifies bag availability before loading to help maintain accurate, consistent operation.
Precise Bag Loading
A three-directional bag scoop controls the loading motion to place stacked tortillas and flatbreads into the bag. The servo-based design provides precise, repeatable movement across a range of product sizes.
Recipe-Based Servo Control
An Allen-Bradley touchscreen HMI provides digital speed control and recipe-based servo setup, allowing operators to recall machine settings for different products and packaging requirements.
