How it works
Controlled Product Infeed
Products enter through a metering conveyor where the brake, gate, and lane sensors control product flow into the slicing system. Power-adjusted guide rails and quick-change infeed components allow the system to accommodate different bakery products.
Integrated Slicing & Stacking
The servo-driven slicer section is designed to accommodate two slicer heads. After slicing, products transfer directly into the servo-driven stacker, where recipe-controlled motion creates the required product configuration for packaging.
Automatic Bagging
A servo-driven four-position rotary bag table presents bags to the product while the bagger and discharge crossfeed complete the packaging cycle. Allen-Bradley touchscreen controls provide recipe settings, diagnostics, fault history, and centralized machine operation.
High-Speed Product Transfer
A retracting top transfer and servo-driven triple-motion tucker table move the stacked product into the bagging section with controlled, repeatable motion designed for high-speed production.
