7700-C Combo Slicing and Packaging System
A versatile slicing and packaging system designed to run buns, pan bread, and hearth bread on a single production line. The UBE 7700-C combines multiple product infeed configurations with servo-driven transfer and bagging technology, giving bakeries the flexibility to package a wide range of products in one compact system.

How it works
Multiple Product Infeeds
The 7700-C provides dedicated product paths for different bakery products. Buns enter through a 7700-style rear infeed, while sliced bread can enter from the side through a Model 90-75 band slicer.
Flexible Slicing Configurations
The system can be configured for a variety of slicing applications, including the Model 90-75 for bread as well as single-band or hinge slicers for buns. Optional hearth bread handling components expand the system for round and batard loaves.
Servo-Controlled Bag Loading
A high-speed top transfer moves product into the bag while a servo-driven tucker table provides precise, repeatable control through the packaging cycle.
Integrated Packaging Discharge
After bagging, a servo-driven crossfeed conveyor transfers the packaged product toward downstream equipment and can be configured for integration with a Kwik Lok bag closing system.
