How it works
Gathered and closed together
The neck is gathered and the clip applied in one motion at one station, rather than gathered at one and closed at the next.
Date on the closure
The code prints onto the clip and is read back. An unreadable code stops the line, which is a great deal cheaper than a recall.
Bolted to the bagger
It mounts on the bagger frame. Removing the transfer conveyor between them removes the jams that happened on it.
