How it works
Loaf Denesting
Whole sliced loaves enter the 6500 where the individual bread slices are separated and converted into a controlled horizontal product flow for downstream processing.
Controlled Slice Flow
The singulation process maintains an organized flow of individual slices as product moves through the system, preparing each slice for controlled transfer into the required downstream lanes.
Multi-Lane Distribution
A reciprocating transfer conveyor at the discharge distributes individual bread slices across multiple lanes. Standard configurations can be designed with 6, 8, or 10 lanes, with custom multi-lane arrangements available for specific applications.
Integrated Line Control
Allen-Bradley Compact GuardLogix controls, Kinetix servo drives, and a PanelView HMI provide centralized control of the singulation and transfer process for precise, repeatable operation.
