How it works
Integrated Slicing & Bagging
Pullman bread moves through the Model 90-75 band slicer and directly into the Model 75-1 bagger, creating an integrated system for automated slicing and packaging.
Proven Mechanical Drive
The 75-1 uses a heavy-duty gearbox with precision-machined and hardened cams to control the bagging cycle. A high-torque pneumatic clutch/brake and hardened components provide repeatable operation for demanding production environments.
Automatic Bag Changing
A dual bag magazine with a top-mounted bag inflator jet supplies bags to the packaging cycle. An automatic bag changer switches between magazines to reduce production interruptions during extended runs.
Protected Product Handling
Independent overload clutches protect the infeed, outfeed, and slicer drives while the mechanical transfer system moves product through the bagging cycle. A digital speed indicator provides operators with a clear view of production speed.
